BAT Vertical (Flip)
The SingleLift Bat Series represents innovative vacuum lifting solutions developed for the efficient and safe handling of sensitive materials such as glass, marble, ceramics and wood on production lines.
The star model of the series, the SL-PVL-600VR, brings high flexibility to production processes with its vertical lifting and 90° rotation capability.

BASIC FEATURES:
- 6 Suction Cup Hardware: Provides strong grip on large surface materials with a total of 6 x 290 mm suction cups, 2 in the center and 4 around the perimeter.
- Extension Arms: Allows even large sheets of glass to be lifted evenly, thus increasing operational efficiency.
- Modular Structure: Offers a choice of two configurations that can be adapted to different production scenarios:
SL-PVL-600VR/PL: Can be equipped with a pneumatic lifting cylinder with different stroke lengths.
SL-PVL-600VR/EW: Equipped with a special lifting ring that can be integrated into electric hoist systems. - Ergonomics and Lightweight: Shape and topology optimization reduces the payload and minimizes operator fatigue.
- Alternative Model: SL-PVL-300VR model with 300 kg carrying capacity offers solutions for smaller and different production needs.
