SL-VA-500 is a high-security vacuum transport system specially developed for the transportation and assembly of glass, ceramics and similar flat-surfaced materials weighing up to 500 kg. Thanks to its modular design and extendable arms, it is an ideal solution for the transportation of both narrow and long and wide and short glass panels.

SL-VA-500 is equipped with a vacuum pump, safety system and cross safety technology. In this way, it complies with TS EN 13155 standards and guarantees maximum safety on construction sites. While the 290 mm diameter suction cups provide strong adhesion to the surface, the operator can easily reach all the positions he needs thanks to the device’s manual tilt (0°–90°) and manual rotation (360°) features. The device can be controlled by remote control. It allows the operator to manage material holding and releasing operations without contact and safely. Up to 8 hours of uninterrupted use with its rechargeable battery It can be easily transported both in the factory and in the field thanks to the transport cart that comes with the product. It offers high performance even in difficult assembly areas with its compact and ergonomic structure.
